A Fond Farewell To Herd In The City
Atlantic Pacific’s Christine Nichols attended a preview evening for the Farewell to Herd In The City event in Southend-on-Sea.
The auction, where the beautifully decorated elephant statues can be acquired, will take place this week on Tuesday, and we hope a fantastic amount of money will be raised for the very worthy Havens Hospices.
46 large and 72 small elephant statues have adorned the streets of Southend and surrounding areas this summer, which have been enthusiastically received by visitors from far and wide.
Atlantic Pacific have been proud to be the Logistics Partner and Sponsor for Herd In The City, as we were for the Hares About Town event in 2021.
We have had a fantastic time joining in with proceedings, with many of our employees doing the trail and volunteering to help with the logistics.
So, it’s a fond farewell from us and we wish Havens Hospices the best of luck at Tuesday’s auction.
