First Lady Chairman of London Freight Club

We are delighted to announce that Atlantic Pacific Director – Christine Nichols – has been appointed as the first Lady Chairman of The London Freight Club (LFC).

Chrissy, as she is better known, is a founding member of Atlantic Pacific Group and has been one of our directors since 2005. With over 40 years industry experience, she has worked in all modes of transport, including overseas postings in Australia, New Zealand and Cyprus.

Chrissy becomes the first ever female Chairman of The London Freight Club, after joining as a member in 2013 and being a committee member since 2016.

The London Freight Club was established nearly 70 years ago, in 1953, and is a well known vehicle for members of the shipping and freight industry to network, raising hundreds of thousands of pounds for charities in the process.

Chrissy aims to bring more members to the club, especially women, book some fabulous speakers & raise lots of money for good causes.

As far as the Atlantic Pacific Group is concerned, needless to say the whole team are extremely proud of Chrissy and will be doing their best to support her in the role.
