Extended logistics are the additional services we provide as value-added extensions of our global logistics; the ancillary products that blend our international freight services together and fashion real supply chain solutions.
They include warehousing, fulfilment, storage, distribution, customs brokerage, container services and e-commerce solutions for the online retail sector.
Our extended logistics solutions can be incorporated with our ocean, air and road freight products, as part of a complete logistics solution, or can be provided independently.
Warehousing
We provide general warehouse handling from many warehouse facilities located around the UK and Ireland, and through overseas partners we are able to offer warehousing solutions worldwide.
Our facilities offer state of the art CCTV, 24/7 security, high grade racking, and we make use of modern material handling equipment with the best green credentials.
Every warehouse solution we offer is supported through our in-house technology with full stock and inventory management.
FULFILMENT
Through our key warehousing facilities, we are able to provide cost-effective, efficient fulfilment services, driven by technology.
Encompassing inventory management, sales order processing, picking, packing and a range of distribution options, our solutions are flexible and tailored uniquely to your business requirements.
A dedicated account manager will support you through the full end to end services.
STORAGE
We provide an extensive range of storage solutions in facilities around the UK and Ireland, with 24/7 security and CCTV, including:
- Long term storage for slower moving products.
- Short term storage for when your existing facilities are struggling to cope.
- ERTS storage for products that have not been able to be cleared through customs.
- Customs Bonded storage for dry and wet goods.
E-COMMERCE FULFILMENT
Atlantic Pacific provides a complete range of ‘end to end’ supply chain solutions to retailers selling via E-Commerce in the UK and Ireland.
We offer a broad range of specialist services including, warehousing, distribution, product pre-retailing, fulfilment, home deliveries, and returns
management.
IT and technology are at the heart of what we do for the e-commerce and retail sector. CONTAINER SERVICES
Through our sister company – Port Express – we provide market leading container haulage and container storage services from depots in Felixstowe, Southampton and Birmingham.
Port Express operate a high tech, modern fleet of over 60 vehicles, enabling Atlantic Pacific’s customers to benefit from flexible, reliable and bespoke container transport and storage solutions.
