NHS – Gratitude Moves To Manchester
The Atlantic Pacific project team have been busy again – arranging the move and installation of the Gratitude public art display ahead of Friday’s launch.
The 49 individually painted statues were in Birmingham last week and have now arrived in Manchester, ahead of visits to Edinburgh and London during the next few weeks.
Gratitude is a spectacular outdoor public art installation which commemorates and celebrates the stories of the extraordinary early months of covid-19. The display pays tribute to the NHS, while supporting ‘NHS Charities Together’.
As well as providing free logistics, Atlantic Pacific’s ‘Unity-In-Community’ charitable arm have also sponsored one of the fantastic sculptures. Our statue – ‘Together’ – was designed and painted by artist Sally Chinea and is pictured in both images.
Free tickets for each of the city displays can be found on the ‘This is Gratitude’ website : https://thisisgratitude.co.uk/tickets/
