Supporting The LFC Red Cross Appeal

The London Freight Club have today launched an initiative to support the British Red Cross – Disaster Emergency Committee (DEC) Ukraine Appeal.

The campaign, initiated by London Freight Club vice-chairman and Atlantic Pacific director – Chrissy Nichols – is aimed at encouraging members and friends to come together to help the people of Ukraine now fleeing the conflict.

Many businesses, like us, will have been shocked and saddened by the Russian invasion of Ukraine and may be unsure how they can best support this worthy cause.

The London Freight Club will collect the funds raised via their club treasurer to minimise costs from alternative fee-charging channels. Therefore, 100% of the funds will be paid directly to The British Red Cross – DEC Ukraine Appeal.

Atlantic Pacific have started the ball rolling by making a significant donation and we would like to encourage other members to try to make a contribution, no matter how large or small.

For donations, please email The London Freight Club: londonfreightclub@hotmail.com

Or call Gordon Day on 02392 554200 / 07785 230907
