Transfer of Freedom Logistics Business Activities

From 1st January 2026, the business activities of Freedom Logistics International Limited will be fully transferred to Atlantic Pacific Global Logistics Ltd.

Freedom Logistics International Limited was acquired in December 2021 by the Atlantic Pacific Group, and its services and operations have been progressively integrated within the Group over the past three years.

Freedom Logistics is predominantly an air cargo freight forwarder based at London Heathrow, with over 20 years in the business.

Since the acquisition, both companies have been under the leadership of Group Managing Director, Ashley Nichols, and substantial investment has taken place across systems, infrastructure and service capabilities, strengthening the Group’s offering.

This final transition formalises the integration and enables us to operate under a unified brand with enhanced efficiency and capability.

There will be no interruption to service for customers, the team remains the same, and all existing agreements, contacts and operational processes will continue seamlessly through Atlantic Pacific Global Logistics Ltd.
