USA Next In Line For Anti-Jab Protests?

Reports suggest that the USA could be next in line for the trucking anti vaccination protests that have hindered Canada over recent weeks.

The Canadian demonstrations started in January when truckers blocked bridges to the USA, in protest over mandatory Covid vaccinations for cross border truck drivers.

The protestors then headed towards Canada’s capital – Ottawa – and united with many pedestrians, they turned the protest into a campaign against all Covid restrictions and mandates.

Those demonstrations blocked Ottawa for three weeks in January and February and broke out into splinter campaigns at other Canadian cities.

The logistics impact was mostly localised, even though cross border rail movements are a significant route internationally to and from the US Mid-West.

There are now reports that the movement may be gaining momentum in the USA, with a convoy expected to leave California any time now, headed towards Washington DC.

The ‘People’s Convoy’ group, is expected to stop at ten points on the way to the capital and is due to connect with another two groups in Ohio. The intention seems to be to cause as much disruption as possible and to choke the capital.
